Refund policy

While we strive for exemplary service and support, memristors are by their nature irreparably altered after use and can be easily damaged by misuse. For this reason, memristor chips and dies cannot be returned. If you are experiencing problems with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to help understand and resolve the situation. If we determine that our equipment or chips are at fault we may replace items, at our sole discretion.

Before placing a larger order we recommend gaining hands-on experience with a less expensive memristor chips and, ideally, our Memristor Discovery kit. Memristor Discovery provides a standard interface from which we can help to assess memristor function and provide assistance.
